4+1 Combined Degree Program

The combined degree program allows qualified students to earn both a Bachelor ’s and Master’s degree from the Department of Tourism, Recreation and Sport Management with 12 credit hours of graduate coursework counting toward both degrees. Therefore, both degrees can be attained within a five year period, rather than the usual six years.

Interested students should meet with an academic adviser as early in their undergraduate career as possible to determine their eligibility. Students should apply before the completion of the first semester of their junior year and before they have enrolled in the undergraduate courses that can be substituted for graduate level work.
